We ordered shoes in Aug 2015. We sent several emails asking for status. Once they said they were backordered, but since then no response.

We phoned them dozens of times, at different times and days. The system said everyone was busy and they would call back. They never did. We contacted our bank and disputed the Visa charge. The bank refunded our money. Today I called (Feb 4, 2016) and the phone is disconnected.

Contact your bank, dispute the charge, and request a refund.
